Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹40 on orders across India. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and state. Additional shipping charges may apply for every extra kilogram, based on the destination and applicable courier rates.

Free Shipping Offers: Free shipping eligibility may vary depending on ongoing promotions, offers, discounts, and the applicable order value. Please check the offer details at the time of purchase for the applicable shipping benefits.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing: Orders will be processed on the same day or the next business day after they are placed. Once processed, orders will be dispatched for shipping.

Shipping Partners: All orders will be shipped through courier partners selected by Jasmil Spices.

Shipping Days: Orders will generally be dispatched from Monday to Friday. Saturday dispatches may be available depending on courier partner availability. No orders will be dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Address Changes: Once an order has been processed for shipping, we will not be able to modify the shipping address. Customers are advised to verify their shipping details carefully before placing an order.

Undelivered Shipments and Return Charges

In the event that an order is undelivered or returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer, including an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer's unavailability to receive the package, or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.

Any additional shipping or return costs incurred in such cases may be borne by the customer. If the customer requests a re-shipment, additional shipping charges may also apply.
