Pepper Gravy/Curry Masala Spices Pack

This pack contains

Black Pepper, Cloves, Green cardamom, cinnamon, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, red chili, star anise.

In a pan, dry roast all the given spices in medium flame for 5 minutes. Powder them using a mixer and you will get pepper gravy and curry masala of approximately 250 grams.

Ideal for pepper chicken, pepper mushroom, pepper mutton, pepper egg, pepper liver curry and gravy.
