Panch Phoron Unmixed - 200g

Panch Phoron is a popular Eastern Indian spice blend made from five whole seeds: fenugreek, cumin, mustard, fennel, and nigella seeds. 

These seeds are combined in equal parts and used to "temper" dishes in Eastern Indian and Bengali cuisines.

Panchphoran is neither roasted nor ground but a mix of whole spices for the purpose of providing the customer a natural & authentic product.

** All five spices will be provided in seperate packaging. You can mix them to make perfect blend of your choice.
